Join our networkRaised in the UK, I received a BA in Textile Management at University of Leeds and kick started my career in various roles across the commercial and supply chain at Mark and Spencer’s.
Driven to gain more diverse experience across all aspects of the global, I transitioned to Canadian-based brands, Lululemon and Aritzia and then in 2012 I moved over to Nike. I contributed global insights to implement key product and material innovations that transformed their signature styles.
After 7 years, I joined Allbirds as their Chief Product Officer and helped create their the product and innovation vision by incorporating strategies that expanded their product lineup and expedited their sustainable manufacturing processes. My diverse and comprehensive experience propelled my initiative to develop my own consultancy, and in 2021, Rose & William was born. Passion drives my work, alongside an eagerness to share my extensive insights and activate the dreams of anyone looking to scale their business.
Currently residing in Lake Oswego, Oregon, Nick Proudman attended the University of Portsmouth in the UK and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Geography.
Upon graduation, he joined IBM and kick-started his global network through multiple sales roles in business development and client management, with a specialty in Consultancy and IT services. As the COO of Rose and William, Nick manages the back office, wearing multiple hats to flexibly support the team and their efforts to leverage their clients’ business strategies. Outside of work, Nick is an avid golfer, and one of his favorite pastimes is escaping to the Oregon wine country and enjoying the bounty of good food and Pinot it has to offer.
Originally from Calgary, Ed attended a co-op program that placed him directly in the industry through internships in banking, accounting and marketing.
He then moved to the States to pursue a Masters in Sports Product Management at the University of Oregon, where he learned more about merchandising through a business lens. From there, he interned for Reebok at their Boston office, before joining Rose & William where he is responsible for trend forecasting and assisting the merchandising team with strategizing product line-ups and drops. In his spare time, you can find Ed rooting for his alma mater, the Oregon Ducks.
Currently residing in Seattle but raised in Oregon, Anna attended University of Portland and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications.
During undergrad, she worked at the downtown Nike store, which fueled her desire to eventually work at their HQ. She started in their talent acquisition department, before working as Susi’s Administrative Assistant with the materials team. for about three years.
After gaining some experience in footwear product development, Anna joined Susi at Rose & William to support their merchandise planning and purchasing teams and help with creative management and general administrative tasks. Fairly new to the Seattle scene, Anna loves rooting for the local sports teams and trying out new restaurants with her husband (and Golden Retriever!).
